PUJOL & ORLY ANAN
For Día de Muertos, visual artist and art director Orly Anan transformed Pujol through an immersive installation exploring memory, mysticism, ritual, and celebration. Drawing from ingredients found within the restaurant’s kitchen and beyond, the work reinterpreted traditional symbols through a contemporary lens, creating an environment that invited reflection, gathering, and exchange.
Materia Studio collaborated on the realization of the project, supporting the production and public activation of the installation. Presented within one of Mexico City’s most celebrated culinary destinations, the work created a dialogue between art, food, ritual, and cultural memory.
